Barbecue Burgers with Smoked Mozzarella, Pineapple, and Bacon

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
4 slices pineapple
8 slices bacon, fried until crispy
4 slices of smoked mozzarella cheese (or 1/2 cup shredded)
4 hamburger buns, toasted if desired

Instructions

Prepare your grill according to manual instructions.
In a large bowl combine beef, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce, mix well. Divide the meat into 4 even rounds, then gently form each round into a patty.
When the grill is ready, place burgers on one side of the grate and the pineapple sliced on the other; cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they've reached desired doneness. Place a slice of cheese on each burger patty a minute or two before removing them from the grill.
Top each toasted bun with a burger, then top each burger with a slice of grilled pineapple and 2 slices of bacon. Serve with napkins and extra barbecue sauce.
